Don’t Rely on One Autoresponder – Especially if it’s a WP Plugin!

Word of caution: don’t rely on just one autoresponder especially when it’s a WordPress plugin! It happened 2 times when my WP Response Pro “went down” due to “not licensed”. So I have no access to the subscribers nor I can do any broadcast due to this “failure”. It was unexpected because once you license the plugin it should work “forever”.

When I tried activate the license – it went nowhere – because there is a problem with the site serving these licenses… and I don’t know when it will be up and alive! So I recommend using professional autoresponder service like Aweber.

It’s just not worth saving money when you are not allowed to access your subscribers anytime you need! At least choose something that has no license backtrack to some server you can’t control. This is nonsense. And sure, backup your subscribers emails as often as you can.

It’s no good to put all your eggs in one nest as some may say…and it’s totally true!
