I’ve been playing with the latest WP plugin called idasho for a few days now and I can’t believe how some of my customers behave! The great thing about this plugin is that it downloads also customers who got refunded their purchases – either from seller’s point of view or affiliate’s point of view.

Knowing that information before I would stop releasing / putting up some of my offers because of the wasted time and of course money! At least I could blacklist the customers who got refunded for no reason!!

Most of the customers got their refund from directly asking JVZoo so I didn’t even know they got refunded, and lots of people emails me for support and I, not knowing they’ll end up asking for refunds, are acting like they desperate and need a helping help.. .which I’m happy to offer most of the times…

I’m telling you it’s not worth the time you’re spending putting up the offers online like that! Even some of my dime-sales for $1.xx are getting refunded! And the reason I put them up was to offer something useful that most of the people can afford to buy…

As you can see some of the products come with Private Label Rights – meaning they got source documents that can do anything about it… yet they got refunded! Some of the products come with PSD – so you can modify the graphics to your needs… great value – but got refunded!

Some people even buy hundreds of resell rights products that they can download (most of the times already download) – and yet they got refunds!!

If you work with JVZoo, do yourself a favor and download this plugin – idasho – so you can learn about your refunds and about your customers! It’s so worth it!

At least you can blacklist serial refunders!
